Indent Comma Index (ICX)

The optional companion index format for ICF — random access, fast lookup and integrity verification for large archives. Version 1.2 adds the optional Tags and Summary index fields — auto-harvested typed master references and one-line synopses — so applications and AI harnesses can search an archive from the index alone and read only the matching records by byte range.
